Budget:

List the sources and amounts of your suspected annual support. Give us a written statement of how you will use the money: program expense, communication, food, travel, housing, operations expense (utilities, supplies, etc.). 

Summary of the past year: thanksgivings, goals accomplished (how do you know?), goals postponed, or discontinued, concerns:

We invite and encourage you to attend the St. Clement's Mission Board luncheon on the first Monday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at St. Clements.  Networking, fellowshipping, and praying with other missionaries can be encouraging to everyone.  Also, if you send us names and dates of birth of you and your family, we would be pleased to recognize your birthdays at our luncheon.
